Mardi Gras Week!

The students had a great time learning about Mardi Gras this week. After completing reading comprehension sheets and watching informative videos during academic hour, students experimented in STEM with slime trying to get the recipe right, made tricolor cupcakes & jambalaya in culinary. The Littles made beaded necklaces and jester hats. Some made Fleur de Lis crafts. A good time was had by all! Ask your HEARTS students if they remember what the colors
